So power pumping does work. Got this from both breast in an hour.

I have anxiety attacks everyday that aren't severe, I just feel fear out of the blue n it lasts for like 5 to 10min. I'll have like 3 each day the worst ones come like around 6-8pm. Anyone else have it? I'd like some advice
