Mommies that tore when giving birth to your baby ; how long did you wait to have sex after ? & did it hurt !??? 😣 it's been 4 weeks since I had my baby & don't even feel ready yet to even try it but I'm actually scared to even try 😳what if it hurts ?? 😩 I can't live like this ! My doctor had to cut me or I would have ripped. She told me if I had sex before my 6w appointment that it would most likely open back up and I would have to have them stitch it back up. She said that she has see people not listen and it's not pretty. And I believe her. I waited 6 weeks and it hurt like 2 times then I was good to go 😜😂

with my first I tore and now with my 2ND as well. we waited the full 6 with my first. now with my second I'm a little more sore, so we will have to see.

Please wait the full 6 weeks until your doctor gives the go-ahead, they can tell you if everything is healed right down there and if your cervix has closed completely! I tored twice, two 2nd degree tears from an extremely rapid all natural birth....recovery SUCKED and we had sex again right at the 6 week mark after the check up and it did hurt at first...it is important to have lots of foreplay to help with lubrication, trust me. The pain was only there when it aimed and hit against the scar tissue, but it got better after a few weeks and started feeling normal I'd say after a few months. Now most of the time it's like it never happened, although I still prefer he doesn't put pressure on the perineum (skin between the V and A lol), as I tore there and the scar tissue there is still kinda sore sometimes.
So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that

My labia tore in half, so I had to be stitched up and to be honest, I didn't have sex until almost three months pp. It didn't hurt, but it was a little uncomfortable at first. Everything is going to feel different at first, because your body is still recovering. Just take it slow, don't rush. And make sure you have the okay from your doctor first.
