I know as a mother your supposed to have a bunch of patience. but this summer the time im supposed to be relaxing and preparing myself and my family for a new edition has been nothing but complete and total hell. Since my 8 year old brother has been here (the past 3 months) my son has decided not to listen to me what so ever, they fight all day long, stay up way past the bed time i give them, cry over everything, hit eachother and more. My. brother will not listen to me at all. & my mom keeps extending the time til she comes and gets him (she lives in Iowa.) Im losing it, Im so stressed out all i can do is cry. and im stuck til she decides to get him. i have my own bad ass kid to deal with. Minding you my brother doesnt even pick up after himself. 8 years old and doesnt even act like it.

That's messed up she just hands her kid off to you and your pregnant too. I'd be telling her she better come get him before I call cps 😂

She just keeps telling me oh well everytime i tell her im overwhelmed. She keeps asking me how im supposed to handle 2 kids of my own when i cant handle my son and brother. I didnt even grow up with him. I was 14 and he was 2 when my parents divorced and i stayed with my dad when he went with my mom so he was never really around me. and my son hasnt really been around him much either. i feel like thats a completely invalid reason to question my parenting skills. plus when they've been stuck around eachother for the past 3 months of course their going to start not getting along. Im just way too overwhelmed. @xoashl3ylynnxo

Yea that's not right she needs to take care of her own children. You should let her know that he is not your responsibility and she needs to get him. I would be furious if I was you she's lucky you have kept him as long as you have

well i dont really have anywhere to take him. Our car wouldnt make the trip to drop him off. and i dont have many aunts or uncles. but now my dads offering to pay to send them back and shes all for it. which is also irritating because shes the one who took them to Iowa without his permission in the first place. @xoashl3ylynnxo

@ninanicole2, Lol That's funny I have an 8 yrs old brother as well an when he makes it harder for me when I have him an my son I give him rules an be so strict with him he eventually listens because I'll whip that ass lol (Not beat him but yell like hell) then he knows better an then helps me with my little one but at times when I hv then both they drive me INSANE Lol....You hv to be strong with little boys an give them ultimatums

I have, but my 4 year old is going through a really bad rebelious stage. everythings no. it would be different if this was only a week or two but its been 3 months. @adrien5.29

@ninanicole2, Yeah I know thing tend to get that way it sucks you better call her an change the situation make sure your kids r okay first then your other family you know take it easy tho baby girl coming :)
