How did you introduce foods? I got some Gerber Apple for supported sitter. Do I give it to her on a spoon alone or mix it with my breastmilk? We're doing great on just nursing and only 4 1/2 months old but her doc said we could experiment if we wanted but we could wait till 6 months. I'm beginning to wanting to just wait... Lol

just feed it with a spoon. but honestly im sure you can feed it in just about ay way youd like. my son hates rice cereal by itsself so i mix in his purees in it and he loves it.
