not really I guess I just drank red raspberry leaf tea and did some walking I would be careful about swimming though since u lost your plug you don't want to risk infection

@mrscruz0530, was there any natural ways you tried to bring on labor right after you passed your plug? Cause I just lost mine at a day short of 38w and I'm thinking about swimming for a while and going on a very long walk lol
