OK so I need to vent: so a couple of months ago I asked my mom for her boyfriends mom to keep the kids around the time I was due for baby boy here and I was told she would. my mom and everyone surprised me with a surprise birthday party and I've been leaking fluid for 3days but L&D keeps sending me home due to now more change in dilation. my moms bf mother decided to get my MIL in on a kick of having Jaimi here past my due date. so she said she would help but go figure she fucking bails for some sick and I have a hard time picking Jaimi up the last 2weeks. so now I'm scared I will go into labor and not know what to do. my mom is an hour and a half away. am I stupid for being absolutely frustrated to the point I really want to punch my MIL in the throat. am I stupid for being scared?

Will your Mom be in the delivery room?
My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.
Baby Shower Dress?! Shopping has been difficult and I can't decide which dress for my shower? Keeping gender a surprise!
This is petty... But my MIL keeps saying she just "knows" my daughter will come on the 7th. I really hope she doesn't just because I don't need her taking credit for the rest of our lives. It's annoying enough that she is always saying she knew she was a girl before we found out, but didn't want to say anything because "it would ruin the surprise." This is my pregnancy. This is my daughter. We already don't get along, and this is making it a lot worse.
So MIL wants to "borrow" DD for a while. Would you be okay with it?
I'm at home and she had to take my twins for there teeth surgery this morning.
