I had brown discharge, then light pink, and now bright red blood with small blood clots. I went to the bath room and I wipe, and it was there... @hayhayes1

@alexzandriar, an arms and legs don't start to form till after 7 weeks. This was my misscarrisge so you will know when you have one.

@alexzandriar, I'd go to the labour and delivery side of the hospital not the emergency room and ask for a midwife or the doctor to check it

I think it's just a small clot. I don't think you miscarried. I had something very very similar looking, almost identical and my OB said it was just my uterern lining

I've had 2 miscarriages but they were at 6 and 8 weeks. definitely go get checked.

There are no arms and legs on a baby that soon. It looks like some spotting to me.

It could be old uterine lining from a period, a piece of a tampon or pad. You would be bleeding quit a bit if it was a miscarriage. And there would be a sack that would come with it or right after.

I'm going to say discharge or something. At 4 weeks the baby is still a lot smaller than that, it's the size of a poppy seed at 4 weeks.

I don't use tampons, I've been bleeding more n more everyday , passing clots, bad cramps, soaking thru pads @danielsmom0421 @mommytoabel

You have a one month old? Your post partum bleeding can go on and off. If you are truly concerned then you should go in.

You should just go to the ER. That way if you are you will know and if you aren't it'll give u peace ya know? I will tell you that I stopped bleeding at 3-4 weeks pp and started bleeding again at 6 and it was so heavy and painful! My period cramps still make me cry to this day and are so much heavier than before my son.

at 4 weeks of pregnancy there is no sac. it's still attaching to the uterus. the midwife will ALWAYS tell you if you're soaking through a pad to go get checked! especially with lots of cramping and clotting. My miscarriage at 6 weeks was just the sac the ob confirmed it with just a picture. Go in to the hospital and get checked better to be safe than sorry
