Ok I'm having a little girl, what all do I need to wash/sanitize before using? Like do you wash headbands, bows, wash cloths? Should I wash the new swing cover? Should I sanitize the crib rails? Wash the car seat fabric or stroller fabrics?

I only washed clothes and towels and the car search fabric because we got that at a garage sale
I washed all cloths, burp cloths, bibs, sheets, changing table covers, pack n play sheets, feeding covers, towels, washcloths and swing/bouncer covers. basically anything that could be washed.

im not having a girl but i only wash blankets , clothes , socks , hats , crib sheets , and i have breastfeeding scarfs so i washed those too since it would be all on his face and whatnot .

@rhonda.otero, lol that's what I'm wondering, if it is actually necessary to wash/sanitize everything. I'm still incredibly sick and can hardly get off the couch so I'm not sure if I NEED to do all this extra stuff

I washed nothing but her sheets and blankets and changing pad cover lol I know I sound horrible but she's had no issues neither did my other kids.. I wipe her crib down when it gets dusty but she is almost four months and has yet to ever touch the crib rails or anything like that.

I would wash anything that is washable, like fabric materials, and sanitize everything else by wiping down with water and alcohol or washing with a cloth and warm soapy water.

I washed all hats, mittens, crib sheets, blankets. The only things I didn't wash was the car seat and the stroller. And sanitizing the crib would be a good idea
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Am I wrong for not wanting anybody to hold the baby if it's not me or my husband? If they touch them I have them to sanitize their hands I do it to my kids also??
