For all new mommies , I have found the sleep sack swaddles sold at Target has been my newborns best friend. She went from crying every time we put her down for a nap to sleeping 8 hours a night, 4 hours at a time. She is 9 days old. Also my best friend has to be the hands free nursing bra you hook your breast pumps to allowing you to as it says , have your hands free to get other things done while you pump . Hope this helps !
