I'm 13 weeks and 3 days and this week I've had the worst stuffy nose. Neither nostril is working, I can't really breathe very well thru my mouth and neither my allergy meds nor the saline spray nor the netty pot or steam are working. I don't know what to do at this point. Any advice!? I'm desperate!!!!

It's an increase in blood flow and when that happens your nostrils can swell up. You can ask your ob what they would recommend

I was literally in the same boat as you at the beginning of this pregnancy. It eventually gets better but the only thing that I could take that started helping was mucinex. (Regular mucinex, no guaifenesin)
