So I was having a convo with my friend who then told me a funny story her mum told her

Basically to cut a long story short

A woman had her husband as birth partner while giving birth she pooped

She then basically said that's why men shouldn't be allowed to birth partners like the olden days because they shouldn't have to see such things even called it "indecent exposure"

Sooo my question is how many would not want there baby dad present around incase of such 😳

I've heard it's so common. Because all being well I'm having a water birth I'm worried that if I do poo I'll see it because it will be floating around :(. My friend farted in the Dr's face whilst he was examining her but because she had an epidural she heard it but didn't feel it so started telling her husband off!! He gently broke that it was her, lol xXx

My partner and mam were there and to be honest you really don't care. It's all about getting the baby our safe and sound. Your mind goes elsewhere and you concentrate. The amount of midwives and doctors that seen me in all my glory was unreal, but now my little man is here Im not bothered who seen what hah xx

My bf was holding my hands when I delivered Melody. He didn't want to go away because I was in such pain ( I didn't get any anesthesia). I was worried about him in the room at first but I didn't care as much when I decided to "push" when I felt my baby's head down there...

I don't know if I did or not. If I did my husband never saw it. At the time I wasn't bothered where he was & what he saw. He got noisy & looked down there when I was pushing & I'll never forget his face! He said he'd never forget our sons head poking out of me! 😂😂😂

Think staying head end is practically so you both see baby same time if your not medically trained you have no business being that end 😂 well unless your in a position you didn't make it to the hospital on time kind of thing! Haha love the stories ladies @tg123456789 @briony1994 @winterbaby95 @daniluvsdis xx

@briony1994, haha I'm like that with my OH! Except he wouldn't go down the bottom end coz he'd likely pass out & we haven't got to the pooing stage! That's his limit he says! Number ones okay, but not two!!x

I think I pooped :) I could smell it lol! I had 2 midwives with me...a male doctor and he brought 3 other people in the room..also the male doctor delivered my daughter :) and my OH was present throughout :) I wouldn't want my OH to miss the birth for anything :) Don't think he would be bothered if I pooed or not :) He is my best friend...my partner..we share everything together..tell each other everything :) Once I leaked period blood while sleeping next to him...he wasn't bothered by it...I've talked to him about constipation and all sorts xx

My OH is coming in with me but he's staying head end but at the time I probably won't care if he wants to have a peak, we have a really open relationship to the point he's in the shower and if I need to poo then I poo🙈🙈 hahaha xx
