I feel like a 1st time mum all over again because my daughter recently turned 8, any other mums out there with a big gap?

One week old today! 😍😍 still can't believe he is here

Every little noise or movement has me up checking baby 🙈 he's fast asleep but I won't be able to sleep a wink 😩

Baby was born at 4:45 this evening, weighing 7lbs 1.5 oz. No induction needed in the end cos I got started on my own but I stopped dilating at 7cm so the midwife had to break my waters to get me going again. I'm so happy & excited that he's here x

Longest wait of my life! There really is some sort of September baby boom because the labour wards are busy 😩 I don't need a pessary because I'm 3cm dilated but they are going to break my waters at some point 😩😪

So forget the hot curry and the long walk. My induction is starting tonight! Eeek! 👀😱

For those who recently had their baby's, what did your contractions feel like? I know you can have all sorts of labour pains and sometimes not know you are contracting so I'm trying to get a good idea of the possibilities x

Since having my sweep I'm experiencing back ache, a pain down the back of my legs and I feel nauseous 😷😪 and this pressure in my bum.... Ouch!
