is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
Will your Mom be in the delivery room? My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.
So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that
Hi Ladies, sorry haven't been updating. I gave birth to my little one on last friday at 23:07 after 2 days of pain and contractions due to pressary. She was born asleep and I named her Melody Aurelia. Her name has such a significant meaning to me. I have been looking forward to giving birth to her but not like this. The excruciating pain was nothing compared to seeing her not in my arms. I'd like to thank all of you who have supported me all this while and I hope one day I'll get a chance to be a mum again to another child, to Melody ' s siblings. I'm proud to be her mother, and I will always be her mother, no matter what people say (that my child is stillborn or born sleeping etc) and that I never get to care for her like other mums do. Melody is transported for a post mortem and I will visit her tomorrow to give her a bath and dress her up. This is the biggest blow in my life and I'd like to have a chance to care for her like a normal mother. I miss her so much and every little thing she and I used to do together when I was pregnant with her.
FTM problems... So I've made it pretty clear that I want to buy my daughter her fist Halloween costume. Her babysitter/nanny keeps saying she wanted to make her one. I told her yesterday that I wanted to find her something that my SO and I could dress up as a family. So I told her I am going to get it. She just text me and said 'not trying to step on your toes but I bought her two costumes'. She does this all the time. Anytime I want to do the "first" things with her she immediately does it. It's making me sad. Like I wish I could quit my job and be home with her.

@nikosmomma, 2 and a half months.. Her doctor told me to try just letting her cry it out but she seems a little young for that

If you don't feel comfortable letting her CIO don't do it. My mom did it with my older sister and she cried so hard her nose started bleeding. Sometimes if their belly is hurting they will confuse it with hunger. And eat and eat til they get a belly ache. And then they cry more. Try Laying her across your knees and rubbing her back. The pressure might help if her belly is hurting. And if she doesn't stop, do what you do best momma love her. Hold her close, talk to her, sing to her. Try a warm bath

Idk if you use Johnson and Johnson products but they have a soap that smells like Vicks vapor rub and it soothes them. Also if you have YouTube they have a lot of videos with music and colorful lights to distract babies I use them to make my son sleep. And if you type in HD rain sounds there is an 11hr video of the best rain noise stuff like that may help soothe her. And if you get to frustrated sit her some place safe, go pee get a drink take a breather. You aren't a bad mom :) we have all been there babe! @kristinamorandi

@kristinamorandi, not a problem. One of the first nights my son was home he cried, like screaming cries from 10:30 til about 230. I know your pain. All I didn't was hold him. Try not to get to frustrated, remember she was inside you for 9 months she feels your emotions better than anyone else. She can tell when you are feeling stressed.
