douching during pregnancy isn't recommended. you could always clean yourself out in the shower. Just use your fingers and clean it out. also wear pantiliners they'll catch it as it comes out and you can get scented ones so if there's an odor from it

pee alot and wear panty liners . keep changing them too . it takes about a day for all of it to go out unless you wanna douche which in my opinion isn't so safe .
