As someone who has just started the journey towards being a midwife. I have joined a midwifery council group on LinkedIn. I just read a part of a discussion (midwives who have decades of experience) some don't recommend raspberry leaf tea AT ALL because it isn't suitable for ALL women. Another mentioned that you can have one cup per day from pregnancy is confirmed and then slowly increasing to 4 cups by the 3rd trimester and even taking a sip of the tea with each contraction while in labour.
Another mentioned witnessing someone have a still born baby because she decided to drink large amounts because she was overdue!
Quite frankly I am now unsure whether I'll be drinking it this pregnancy

I have endometriosis and have been advised not to drink the stuff as it increases the risk of something going wrong. Just not worth the worry x

I read it tones the uterus and makes the cervix soft :) I didn't drink it :) I just dont think you need to drink it anyway :) My waters broke naturally at 39 weeks which I wasn't expecting :) I thought I'd go over due :) X

It has lots of benefits but can also be dangerous @winterbaby95
