Lol! To get more in, brew a bunch at once in a pitcher. Add some lemon, honey or fruit (strawberries or raspberries are great!) and keep it in the fridge!

(Same works for lactation tea for 6+ weeks after pregnancy if you're planning on breastfeeding!)

I took the first one with dinner earlier. The bottle said 3 times a day, so tomorrow will be a full dose. My friend swore on it! She had her baby at 38 weeks

I do the evening primrose too I did it with my last pregnancy it definitely helped. So I hope it helps with this one 2. I take 1 orally a day and then insert 2 at night before bed. @nini2015

Well it's only to help with softening the cervix but I will say I wasn't dilated at all or effaced and then I used it for 3 days went to my 39 weeks check up and I was dilated to a 5. I also had sex every night til then.

They put me on pelvic rest at 34 weeks because of a good amount of bleeding with no given cause 😔 so that's out the door but maybe I should do the epo! @positivemommy it's hard to know what really helps you know?

Definitely!! Who knows if any of it actually helps. It could all b in our heads and just be coincidence. And if they put u on pelvic rest maybe u shouldn't insert the EPO either u don't want to irritate your cervix, since uve had bleeding. Maybe just take 3 pills throughout the day for EPO

Yeah u take two of the pills use a clean safety pin and poke a hole in it then insert two of them. Gets messy so I wear a panty liner and do it right before bed. @bri28

I really think it helped with my last pregnancy but I didn't start taking it til after my 38 check up cuz my body wasn't doing anything then went in 5 days later at 39 weeks and they sent me to hospital at 5cm dilated 👍🏼 good luck I hope it works I also walked a lot at the same time an had sex.
