no I ain't allergic to dogs and it hasn't went away....

Are you allergic to dogs? I break out and get little red dots on my arms where my moms dog rubs up against me while I'm petting her... It's super itchy but generally goes away within an hour or so if I wash it... If it's been a little bit, I would say it's probably poison ivy or something.

see it's notcthe only place it broke skin on me. but this is the only spot that broke out

If the puppy broke the skin, definitely put some antibiotic ointment on it!
