Is it safe to take night time fly/cold medicine I'm sick and can't sleep I just don't want to take some if it affects by baby I'm a first time mom so I really don't know if it's safe

You can have regular Tylenol and you can take Benadryl to sleep. Diphenhydramine is not safe during pregnancy.
