i am 39 weeks on Wednesday still 3cm 100% effaced and membranes stripped having contractions regularly for 5 weeks now is it okay to bring up induction to my OB í know they wont do it til I'm 41 weeks. I'm just in constant pain and all they say is take tylenol like wtf No! my baby gets drugged and stops moving for awhile and it scares me but damn I'm in tears everyday! 😡

yeah they avoid inductions if possible, especially on ftms. I went into labor naturally and still had to get "induced" longest two days I swear

you can bring it up, but you won't convince them if they have a Dee standard practice. here it's not til 42 weeks unless medically necessary. I wouldn't opt for induction, they're no fun. 😳

@almiita, Yes you can try. All I can say is induction for me made me have horrible contractions and my baby his heart rate kept dropping and with that you have to get an epidural. With this baby #3 boy I want to avoid that and go natural... I hope all goes well.
