which bottle is easier for babies to learn how to hold? my baby wants to hold the bottle on his own and idk which to get him.

I have this problem with a nursing bra i have, it hurts after an hour of feeding my boobs fill up again or in shocking pain. I feel better if im not wearing a bra but i have to go back to work soon what should í do? or which bra to switch over too.
