need your advice ladies!! so my daughter 1 years old, and for a pretty long time I'd say for a good almost two months now she's been sick on and off. I have taken her to her pediatrician and she has gotten medicine and antibiotics but continues to get warm and has a nasty cough. I've given her Tylenol for pain and fever, zarbees natural cough syrup, and it seems to help but doesn't get rid of it :( she is in daycare though. so maybe that has something to do with it. she keeps a smile on her face but I can tell she's miserable! any advice or suggestions would be great. Thanks ladies!

it could be something more than a cold at this point if she still has it or hasnt gotten any better with the meds. i would take her back in to be safe...
he said it was just a cold. but to me this is a pretty long cold. I mean she's okay she just has a nasty cough that I can't seem to get rid of for good. and right now she's not prescribed anything I took her about 3 weeks ago. she finished what they wanted her to take but it didn't help. @he right now I have her zarbees all natural cough syrup :/
ask for a breathing treatment machine, it helps open up the airway, most insurance approve them. I had to get one my daughter.
did her pediatrician say whats wrong with her? did he say its a cold or virus when he prescribed her the medicine shes on now?
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!

Has anyone had a baby with RSV? What were the symptoms? I'm starting to psych myself out bc her cold isn't getting any better. She doesn't have a fever or anything and she isn't wheezy, but she's sneezing and coughing a lot and she isn't sleeping well. She's also teething so she's super angry. When she gets really excited she has to take a minute to catch her breath, but she also has a heart murmur so that's somewhat normal.
