Absolutely disgusted with my hospital! Rang triage and they said they were closed and I can't get to any other hospital…

@courtniegeexo, you know your body babe so just call the ambulance and say your in agony I need help your pregnant and that you can't cope xxxx

I'm trying triage every 10 minutes just incase but if they don't re-open soon I'll have to go A&E and I'm glad I got her name tbh xx @jetrum

:( I'd just try them anyway! if the pain is that bad then that's what A&E are there for... surely they can't refuse you an ambulance if you call 999. I would defo put a complaint in about that comment the cow of a woman said to you as well! how dare she xxx

that's awful! Is there an A&E department where triage is? can you get to an A&E department? if you can you need to go. If you can't get there then call 111 again and say you need to be seen! or if the pain is that bad I would call 999 and ask for an ambulance to take you to A&E! it's disgusting what she has said to you and it seems you do need to be seen. Hope you get some help xx

I know! I'm glad I got her name though I'll be making a complaint in the morning! And A&E can't do anything but ring triage and they will tell them same thing my midwife said I've got to keep trying triage xx @sweetsesame

That is disgusting! What if you walked into the A&E department? Tell them you tried triage and they are closed but you are concerned and can't bare the pain?

wow :/ that's really bad!! being pregnant you feel vulnerable anyway so they should be helping you and not making you suffer!!

I've rung triage and labour ward and I can't get to a hospital 10miles away so they aren't interested xx @mimibear

I'm a student nurse and when I was in pain while on placement I went straight to a&e X they then took me to the maternity hospital in an ambulance. If the pain is that bad you need to see a professional!! x

I rang labour ward they said same thing "go to another hospital triage is closed and we won't accept you your not in labour" getting really annoyed and stressed out 😭😭 xx @mummywarwick @han3816

Phone labour ward or go to A&E and make sure you put a complaint in. If midwife has finished work chances are she won't answer. Make a note of the time you called if you can remember xXx

It's disgusting she put me on hold for 15 minutes and then told me to either go to another hospital or keep my legs crossed and cope with the pain until triage re-opens. I'm absolutely fuming and my midwife isn't answering either xx @han3816

Yeah I did and she said I have to go to another hospital and when I said I can't get there she told me to keep my legs crossed and cope with the pains until they reopen 😡😡 absolutely disgusted and if anything happens to me or baby I will be going mad with the hospital xx @briony1994

What the hell!!! Did you get her name!!! Go to a&e or labour ward or abc unit, you need to go somewhere to get checked but the way she handled that is totally wrong! She could of at least advised you where to go!!
