Try to pump every two to four hours and pump until your breasts are empty that's how my supply skyrocketed but do what's best for you I'm currently transitioning to formula

I use the medela ones they're like $8 at target. Best purchase ever. Before I started using it she would only latch for a couple min then cried and latched again.

Same here! Reason why I didn't give up breastfeeding and now we are going on to three months 🙌🏽

Have you tried using a nipple shield?

@latamalera, oh no that sounds horrible I'm so glad he's somewhat on a schedule already but he eats more than I produce and he won't stay on the boob he'll latch for like 5 min tops and then let go 😩😒

Okay Ima have to look into it cause I like don't want to give up 😔😩 but i hate it too so much I think it's even more painful than just breastfeeding tbh, if it was up to me if just give him the boob & yea that's good, @luuuuuucyyy

They did the same to me. She was almost forcing me to be like okay yeah I'll only breast feed. But it's exhausting since my daughter literally nurses for an hour and sleeps for an hour. I can't even poop without her wanting to eat lik

I took mother's milk plus, it's a bit expensive but that as well as my oatmeal daily & even the tea all helped just having him feed as well as pumping. Yes it is hard, I personally hated it 😭 I'm really lucky I'm working from home now so it's on demand, it can get hard though.

They helped me with his latch too. I would pump and forget too but started taking supplements and pumping 3 times a day. When he hit a his first growth spurt it went up and then he got sick so he was on the boob 24/7. But overall the supplements they had me get & feeding on demand did it for me. I know how that can be though.

Sometimes you need to supplement. I had too. Do what you have to do. Growth spurts are horrible. My 3 month old is wanting 3 extra then what he normally gets. It's hard.

, what did u do? Cause he isn't latching to my boob. So I've been pumping & I know I'm supposed to pump on demand like if he was feeding but sometimes I forget and sometimes after his feeding we just end up knocking out cause I'm tired 😔

The lady I had at WIC told me I was feeding my daughter too much so I should feed her less.... Soooo in my mind she just told me to starve my daughter😐 regardless of she's still hungry.

Same here but they pushed me and I went through with it & now I have so much more milk!

Sometimes I hate WIC
