No clue why the pass couple nights I have such a dry mouth. Even my throat. It's keeping me up! I've been drinking plenty of water, Popsicles. Sucking on Ice. I never had this before Preggo with my 2 boys. Any suggestions?

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
That's how I was during my pregnancy super dry mouth!! Get a humidifier helped me out other than that I stayed with ice near my bed 24/7lol
