Little man lost weight since he came home and hes been a little yellow, so the pediatrician wants me to supplement more than I have been. I hope my milk comes in soon.

Oh okay he will with the formula... that's what I had go do so I would latch her and pump and bottle feed it some time I mix the formula with breast milk... it's working
@mommakate1, Yeah that's what the doctor said, but he's close to 10% of his birth weight lost so we're trying to get him to gain.
It's normal for them to lose some at first . there's nothing wrong with suplementing just make sure to pump
@victoriaaaron12, Thank you. I've been feeding him every two hours and then pumping right after. I thought he was getting enough colostrum, but apparently not. I'm also doing a lot to increase my supply.
keep BFing him or pumping as much as you can and try feeding him by a window the sun light will help my baby had jaundice real bad
