The amount of blood when I wiped my bottom is terrifying. I'm not sure if you ladies have/had this... I'm getting very concerned. It hasn't been better since my last post about it. I took a pic of it but I thought it might be too gory (it's only blood on tissue, no sh*t attached 😂) but if any of you who wants to have a look at it and see if this is similar to yours (for those who experienced haemorrhoids), do let me know and I'll post it on the comments instead. xx

@mioaurellia, yes it's safe, but always check with your Dr or chemist, they will advise you. No laxatives will send stuff through your system too quickly and if you take them in excess is could cause a condition whereby you will have to take them to go to the toilet. Eat plenty of fibre instead xCc

@mummywarwick so it's safe to put the cream inside the anal cavity? Oh why not laxatives? I thought it's too soften stools? xx

I get them quite bad, and bleed a lot, I got anusol from the chemist because it's safe to use when pregnant, drink plenty of water, to help keep your movements soft, but don't be tempted to take laxatives x

Wow I didn't know it can lead to so many problems hun... sorry you had to go through all the pain. I'm going to see my GP again on Monday and see what she offers me. My bf keeps asking me how it's going or has it been better and he's very concerned as he's never seen that much of a bleeding from the anal. xx Thank you hun for sharing your experience @suzie80 xx

Mine only prolapsed towards the end of having them. I got them with my first baby. Couldn't see them when pregnant but by the time she was a few months old they prolapsed painfully. I was given treatment which didn't work so they were surgically removed . Then years later after my 3rd baby was so large I got them again internally. This time they got infected and caused an abscess which I kid u not I have never been in so much pain in my life. Went to a&e feeling really ill and just had what I thought was a spot outside. On internal they found a large abscess. It was surgically drained and laid open that night. That was the beginning of 7 surgeries as it kept coming back then I got a fistula. I was constantly bleeding and seeping pus. Had to keep going back in for more ops. Until I got really unwell and they cut back more of the tissue and through my anal sphincter muscle and manage to cut it all out. That was 8 odd years back. They also did a skin tag removal and removed another few internal piles to cure the issue. Prob was the doc was giving me treatment that was a internal cream that had a steroid in it and that prob caused the issue. Now I get a tiny bit of occasional bleeding but nothing more than normal. Unfortunately pregnancy started the issue. If the bleeding is really bad I'd see the doc again or wait and see if giving birth settles it. If not they can sort them out. But there nasty things

was your haemorrhoids hanging out or poking out of the anus or was it hidden inside? my bf had that once but his was hanging out so doctor gave him Anusol to use but mine I don't have anything hanging outside so I don't know if this nasty thing is indeed haemorrhoids or not. Besides my bleeding is very much like a mini Period only from the back. xx @suzie80
