Really unsure of what I want to do as far as birth control goes after I have the baby. I have never been a fan of bc and stopped taking it when I was a teenager. I don't like the side effects from it and I just don't like the whole concept of what it does.. Idk .. YETTTT I don't want to get pregnant again any time soon( 2-3 years preferably lol ) I'm thinking about asking my SO if he would just consider using condoms as our form of bc when we get back to having sex though I know that's not always 100% effective. Any suggestions ladies ?

Everyone is different, but I have been on the pill for over 15 years and got pregnant only 3 weeks after stopping it. I never had any side effects. It is completely safe for most women that don't have certain medical complications. I'm starting it again 6 weeks after this baby is born.
I'm the exact same way and I've been thinking about the pill because I want to still get my period regularly and im pretty good with taking pills I considered condoms but i know we both don't like it and we'll probably end up pregnant again lol
Gosh me too I want another baby in maybe 2-3 years but I don't want any type of IUDs and the shot made me bleed for almost a year considering pills but took us a year to get pregnant the first time after stopping the pill
I'm in the same boat kinda. I can't take birth control because it makes my blood pressure go through the roof, and my mom and the rest of my family have this issue seems like. my mom had a stroke when she was 30 from it so that is a no go for me. I'm also allergic to latex so there's another issue. so latex free condoms it is. gotta do what we gotta do sometimes to stop from having another baby too soon though!!
I have the same dilemma. I have no idea what to do because I refuse to use any iud and I refuse to do nuva ring again since I got pregnant on it. I also cant do the shots because I did two rounds and I bled all 6 months. It was horrible.
