Well... My dog is in heat and we've been SO
good at keeping her separated from our other. But tonight they did the deed and got stuck. Anybody know how the whole dog pregnancy thing works? I'm screwed if she's pregnant 😭
Does this look like a dog? If so, what kind? Someone posted it on a lost dog Facebook page and said that she is very skinny and looks like she's been on her own for a while. She kind of looks like a baby fox or coyote to me.
Family friendly guard dogs? Which are the best? We were planning on getting a new dog but after reading that Peeping Tom post a few days ago, I now know it needs to be a good guard dog/protector of my babies!!

Dog moms ? Someone says that they got their hair done and a mani/pedi for Mother's Day. They don't have any children and it was a gift from her dog. She also says that she's so proud of her boyfriend for recognizing that it's hard being a dog mom too. What is your response?

Count 60 days from today. The female shouldn't go over more than about 5 days. If she does, take her to the vet, and they'll need to do a c-section. Or mom and pups will die... Former Great Dane breeder :-)

She's 14 months and he's 8 months. I mean since they locked, is it almost guaranteed that she's knocked up or is there no way to know? @klove2016

My girl had 11 puppies her first litter. Her momma had 14 her first litter 😂

vets can do a sonagram to determine pregnancy. you could take her to get spayed very soon. they would remove the pregnancy if she is.

I can almost guarantee she's pregnant. You can take her for a ultrasound after she's a little bit farther along, but they're not cheap.. Soonest you'll know besides that is in about a month when her boobies start to change.

However, you can get dog abortions done.... My mom let her dog get bred by one of her pups, and we didn't want inbred pups. It cost about $200 for her to get done...

Her damn spay apt is June 24th cause no vet recommend fixing her while in heat but now that this happened, maybe they'll do it. @klove2016

They'll perform an abortion on her, and spay her during. I'd look into it. @cnew12

I know they have to wait until there's actually puppies to remove. Being she just tied with the the male, you'd have to wait a few weeks or longer for them to do it.

@cnew12, call the vets.. it happened the same thing with my dogs so we took her to get spayed didn't say anything about being pregnant and they did everything all together.. they charged us like 30$ but for extra things. the whole spayed was free.
