Tips for csection recovery?
I had Oliver on Monday and I still can't get up from laying down and have trouble walking/moving at all. Is this normal? I hate being so useless I want to be a mommy.
Take short walks every now and then, but rest as much as you can!
have u tried wearing one of those belly bands or anything to hold your stomach?
from a mommy thats had 3 just take it easy on yourself really don't over do it
a belly binder will help so much
