so weight update because I'm feeling fabulous about my body.

Pre pregnancy weight was 270

9 month pregnancy weight was 292 (when Aiden was born)

3 weeks post partum weight 266.

I absolutely love I'm passed my previous weight my goal is 180 by the end of June. 😊

My pre pregnancy weight was 250 and I went up to 270 after and when I had my baby I went down to 240 the first day.. And a month after I was 225 and I've been the same ever since I'm at 223 right now which isn't much difference! Keep up the good work I know how good it feels (:

honestly, just been eating healthier and taking my son on walks every night after the heat goes down. and just taking him places and carrying him I think has helped.

in the mornings I eat bananas, apples and fresh orange juice.

lunch a salad

and dinner, whatever my parents make since I live with them.

and cleaning my room and the house every day I think helped too because I'm always on my feet moving around and squatting and stuff.

how did you do it ? I'm also 3 weeks pp at 215 I think and I wanna start going to the gym but my doctor told me to wait until after my 6 week appt.
