Ladies that have 3 kids and kinda close to my kids age what car seat do you have? Also how do you have then in your car as well. I have a suv and can move one child to thrid row but dont want to just yet.
So someone posted on fb that her mom used to leave her in the car by herself as and infant all the time and that she didn’t die and that today’s kids are weak AF. I said I thought that was awful and now I’m the stupid one because I take my daughter in with me to the gas station just to pay for gas or grab a drink. And wait till I have two kids because then I’ll leave them in the car. I can’t believe how many people leave their babies in the car to go grab some groceries for 10 min and think it’s ok because it not always hot weather when they do it. I’ve heard to many stories to even think about it. Whether the baby dies or the car gets stolen with the baby in it or even repossessed. I have bad luck as it is. What’s your opinion ladies?
Thoughts? This is coming from someone who doesn't have kids.
Never have I ever met someone or seen someone do the ULTIMATE MOST just for attention on here like damn is it that deep? Why do you crave so much attention from people on here ? Get help 😴😴😴
You couldn't find a babysitter?! Mommas, do you take your kids with you to run errands and go to mundane appointments? On two separate occasions, a doctors appointment for me and today at a car service appointment, someone has remarked "you couldn't find a babysitter?!" It never crossed my mind to find a babysitter. I take my 2 kids with me just about everywhere. They are well behaved (minus the occasional 3 year old meltdown) and one of them is attached to my boob the majority of the time anyway. Am I the only one? Is that a weird thing to do? Do most moms find babysitters?

Listen @sexii_diiva you're probably really not a bad parent. And that's not for me to judge. However these ladies saying shit happens in a blink of an eye. You turn your head to look at the cashier and turn back and your car can be gone with your baby in the car. Fact of the matter is you can't see the future. You can't ever know for sure there isn't some weirdo sitting on the side of the store eyeing your car with your baby in it. The best thing to do is to pay at the pump.

@sexii_diiva, I was referring to when you called someone a perfect parent. There's just no such thing. No ones perfect.

@theinkedmommy, preach it mama. I live in a small ass town and I STILL don't leave my daughter in the car. I don't care if it takes me an extra 15 minutes to get going again I'm not taking that chance!

@theinkedmommy I never said anyone who takes their kid everywhere is perfect. I only said that about one parent on here because she said people that did that should not have kids

@theinkedmommy I totally understand, and as I told her. I don't care about my van, but I do not want my kids picked up. Honestly I thought at the time, I.was doing something right for the kids. Then as I swiped, and it hit me. My key was in the ignition, and anyone could of stoled that van with my precious kids in there. So as I ran back out, I thabked god for watching over my kids while I was stupid. Now all three of them comes with me, and I still feel stupid for making a move like that. All I could think when I got back in was, what if someone drove away with them? how could I of just left them in here? So after making a big mistake, I can say I agree.

@melinda2011131416, If others see nothing wrong with it, that's on them. There's no such thing as a "perfect" parent, but there's nothing wrong with being a cautious one. The world we live in NOW is not the same as it was 20+ years ago. You can't just leave your doors open at your house & go to the store anymore. Children are precious gifts from God. They NEED us to protect them. I just could never let Lainey sit in my car & go pay for gas. Too many nut jobs these days. I'd never forgive myself if that happened.

Alexsandra·
Its just rude. if a parent is going to take all they kids out then more power to you. carefully walking them across a parking lot into a store hopefully they don't see something they like then back across the parking lot into the car. do you momma. or maybe be aware of your child in a car alone to rush your cute little mommy butt back to your car and make funny faces in the window. either way your being a parent with a car and responsiblities

She stated her opinion and I stated mine. I didn't do it in a rude fashion or use nasty tones or crude words. As for my parents they'd never leave me in a car. And if they had guess what? It'd make them unwise bad parents. Its all around unsafe and just plain lazy. Its not living in fear its called taking precautions

wow this turn for the dark side real fast. saying someone shouldn't be a parent if they cant do blah blah blah is petty and rude. geez if your parents left you in the car to go do something they must be bad parents too. hmmmm you can literally look at your kids in a car you can lock your car with windows down or whatever is covenient for the parent. mom dad grandma grandpa guardians whatever. living in fear raises your children in fear. being aware of your surroundings and teaching your children to is probably the best way to be a perfect parent. not insult a mother for a question or statement.

@lilkountryma exactly take your own advice. no need to get nasty cuz you don't agree. you straight told me i shouldn't have kids because I don't always take my kid in the gas station so you were nasty first. @sweetnicole and it wasn't @vb95 that said we were less if parents. it was @lilkountryma that said we shouldn't have kids basically

Since everyone else is throwing their 2 cents in......leaving your child in a car with AC or not is dangerous. Not because they'll over heat & die, but just because you lock the doors & have the windows rolled up, doesn't mean it's gonna keep out a person who REALLY wants to get in. It only takes 5 seconds for someone to break a window, jump in, & take off with your kid in the car. You'd be helpless in the gas station watching them take off while there's nothing you can do. A car can be replaced, your child can't. Never something I'd ever want to risk, even if it's a hassle to get them in & out of the car.

Yeah I'm a perfect parent. You made a post and I stated my opinion no reason to get nasty just because we don't agree. I think if the responsibility of being a parent is too much for you than you shouldn't be a parent. Getting your kids out the damn car is not that hard. If you can't do that how will you face all of the challenges of parenthood? A number of things could happen. Bad horrible things and those things happen in the blink of an eye. doesn't matter that you can see them when you're that far away you can't protect them

When I am by myself, which is rare those keys come with me. I was just keeping the movie running, and the cooler on. Thought I was doing something good, to just thank god nobody did anything. I wouldn't trust my kods in the van, with the windows down. It's not getting my van stolen, because they can have it. I wouldn't want anyone grabbing my kids. Like I said, I am paranoid. However having a 5 year old, 3 year old, 2 year old, and being pregnant, it pays to be paranoid.

There was once I had to run into the store, and pay quickly. I left the kids, in a nice cool air condition van. Movie on and all, and my keys in ignition of course to keep it cool. Let me tell you the anxiety that washed over me, all I could think is what if someone stoled my van. Now I do not leave my kids in the van, all three of them 5 and under get out with me. I walk my 3 kids and pregnant self inside that store, only because I am the rather be safe than sorry. I am also really paranoid, but if I pay at pump, they stay right there. Not putting you or anyone else down, but I would devestated if someone stole my van with my kids in it. Love my three kids and this unborn, to lose any of them.

@lilkountryma so I shouldn't have kids cuz I don't feel like taking my child out the car. okay a little dramatic much. I guess yore the perfect parent right @nicemmcha2015 yes exactly I'm preggs too. the struggle lmao but I pay with a card 90% of the time anyway @vb95 now yea I wouldn't do the store or anything like that that's too much but someone can still hit your car with you in the car as well

I always took Elliot in with me to the post office in the town we used to live in, even if it was for 1 second. It only takes one person to steal your car, hit your car, or steal your baby.

this is why I just use a card at the pump. or if I need gas to go somewhere I make sure my husband fills it up for me the day before. I hate having to get gas when I have my daughter with me. she's so heavy and I'm so pregnant lol

I have two daughters(2&almost1yr; old) right now(35weeks and 5days) pregnant with another girl and if I do put gas in usually use card. Because I don't like to keep them in the car but once in awhile I have cash and need to go in to pay and I leave the kids in the car with the car on so they have AC and the doors locked while I go pay. But if I'm going to the store to go get something then I take them with me of course. But usually my husband meets me at the gas station when I have cash.
Katelyn·

Yes. The gas station really. Your eyes are not on that car the whole time. Its times like those that child predators take advantage of and when you turn around your child is gone. If you don't "feel like it" cause its "too much. work" than I don't think you should be having children honestly
Danielle·

yes really.. you shouldn't leave your kids in the car. I only have one and if by chance I do leave him in the car I'm always within ear shot and one window is always rolled down you never know what could happen
