I had my son 2 weeks Ago When I gave birth I was 181 I'm at 150 now I'm so stressed out I haven't ate in 4 days due to not being able to my stomach starts to hurt when I try And to add on my bd cheated on me and filed for custody of my 2 week old bc I didn't forgive him he wants to move fr and act like he didn't do anything but I cant ..is it bad to breastfeed if I'm not eating well

get urself together the most important is ur baby and u now!!! get rid of that unnecessary drama, by not eating u r maybe causing long term negative effect on ur innocent babies health! concentrate on the child and ur health. men come and go, theres always enough men

It is still perfectly fine to breastfeed, you milk will not suffer, but your health might...I know you are gong through a lot but please try and take care of yourself, reach for foods high in nutrients when you can and drink plenty of water....keep taking your prenatals, esp since you are not eating much! Hang in there mama, find yourself a lawyer to protect yourself and love that baby sweetie.....

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
not eating will decrease your supply. have small frequent meals if you can't eat a whole meal at once. almonds are a good snack and help increase supply. also, oatmeal!
