Feeling discouraged and emotional 😞
I knew I was overweight to begin with but to see "obese" in writing really hurt my feelings.
Now my thyroid is acting up and I'm scared something will go wrong.
I don't understand why my doctor hasn't called me to go over the results and get me back on medicine if thyroid dysfunction during pregnancy is "serious".
Maybe I will switch doctors after all.

I was petrified when I found out I was pregnant this time because mine were so very low they said I could lose my baby if they didn't come up but on the flip side pregnancy helped them go up and now we check like I said every four weeks it was scary to me I didn't have it the first time I got it after my first was born
@canaryv, mine were too when I was 23 .. I guess a majority of the time later in life it turns autoimmune I'm old remember lol
Mine wasn't autoimmune and my levels were just barrrrrely outta range when I started on Levothyroxine so they said it may have just fixed itself 🤔 it was crazy when I heard my levels were totally normal lol & I will :) thank you so much! I just got scared :(@10yearslater0205
My results show differently I'll see if I can pull it up and see if u can see .. Why did they take u off a few years ago?? I've been on it for 13 years and actually my hyperthyroidism turned to hashimotos I've been on synthroid for so many years .. I actually think I only conceived this baby becasue they took me off it for a week when they found they were over medicating me I was less the 0.1 which a baby usually can't be conceived I believe unless it's 1-2? Anyway the whole thing is weird but if it looks in range to u and they didn't call I bet ur all good but for comfort call tomorrow for peace of mind :)
That makes me feel better @tarateller2010 the range looks normal to me but I'll still call them tomorrow and ask them to explain it to me

I had hypo and was on Levothyroxine as well but when I had it tested I was in a great range so I didn't need to go back on it @cnew12 ill call the dr tomorrow and ask about it for sure
Yeah im not sure how to either. I have hypothyroidism and have been on levothyroxine for like 4 years now and every dr I've seen says how important it is to stay on it if you have an abnormal thyroid. So hopefully they put you back on something if your levels are low! @canaryv
No I haven't been on it in two years. I had my levels retested in January and it was functioning completely normal so that's why I'm a little worried now. I mean, to me the lab results look fine but I don't really know how to read it@cnew12
I'd say if u fall in line ur probably great ..
They never call me unless it is bad she said .. What's ur tsh ? T4 it usually gives a guideline it should fall in...
When did they check ur thyroid last? Can u call? I get mine drawn every four weeks and I do what she ^ said I look it up and luckily it's been great but I was afraid in the beginning .. I'd just call the nurse and put ur mind at ease
I read the results from yesterday's blood work today on the patient portal, but that's what I mean. I read it by myself, not consulted by my doctor, which I really don't like. @tarateller2010
They have a patient portal you can view your results 5 days after your app
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
