Well, we make too much to get approved for wic. I think it's really shitty that they don't take it consideration, rent, car insurance, bills and everything else.

But I only had it for my daughter till she was six months and didn't get it for my son. Maybe they changed it.
That's weird. They never asked us when we did get it for our income.
we do to! because I can't claim my boyfriends 2 sons who we have 4 or 5 days a week. we'll wed only be able to claim 1 now. but wic is dumb
I know how that feels except we try and get food stamps for all 5 of us and the think 380 is enough for the whole month for food when we only make 1466 a month I have tried to tell wic um if u look at how much they make. month then subtract rent electric bill car insurance etc many barely have enough for formula etc
We don't qualify either. Apparently we make a fucking dollar to much. A FUCKING DOLLAR.
What? Really? That is unbelievable...from my understanding everyone qualifies for WIC! Are you married?
@caisner exactly! the folks who are working and barely making it, the govn't doesn't care about at all.. they don't care if you have a new baby and a high electric bill, working 2 jobs and can barely get formula at the end of the week. it's so sad.
