So I'm on the hunt for a new dr cause my midwife doesn't seem to really hold it as a concern that I bleed for over a week. hasn't checked on the baby, to even tell me if the baby still has a heartbeat. or any thing... I jist feel like she pushed me to the side and basically doesn't care and isn't concerned. this is my first child, this baby I didn't even think I would ever have cause I didn't even think I could have children of my own...and as my care provider I expected more of a pleasant experience.

that's the worst, I'm sorry you're going through that. especially at such a delicate time in the pregnancy they should be much more receptive of your concerns and try to closely monitor. try no matter how many times you switch til you get someone you're comfortable with, pregnancy is a life changing thing and should be supported 100% by those you're paying to take care of you. good luck momma.

@marienoelle, thanks that's what I think. honestly my best friend had her daughter her midwife was pregnant with twins of her own, delivered her baby right on top of her own pregnant belly. my midwife just seems like she doesn't really care. my first visit I heard her talking to one of her staff about another of her staff who had just miscarried and how a week of being off should have been enough.... I kinda had a feeling after that. I think she's just doing the bare minimum.
