Who else is due around Thanksgiving?

I'm due on Thanksgiving but I'm not worried. My mom is a nurse and so I know that ALL nurses work on some holidays, usually in some kind of rotation.

I work at a hospital, I can tell you that there is no b team, nurses work on rotation, holidays are booked months in advance. The same goes with doctors, the hospital will always be staffed to patient numbers and extra staff are on call if clinical needs permit a higher lever of acuity.

Try not to stress, there will be enough staff to take care of you and your beautiful bundle.

I'm due the 27th but we're inducing the 20th, a week early. Guaranteed to be home for Thanksgiving!

I am due the 20th and I am mostly concerned about my Thanksgiving dinner. I think its safe to say I've reached whale status ?

Me I'm due 22 of November but I'm getting induce on the 15 of Nov since it's my 3rd c-section my doctor doesn't want me to go pass 39 weeks

Me! I'm due the 21st. I'm not really worried about staffing, I feel that any hospital or emergency services are super prepared for holiday craziness. I'm hoping she will come a little bit early so she doesn't share a birthday with a holiday but I also want to call her my little turkey so.... ?‍♀️lol

I'm due Nov. 24th

Holidays don’t make a difference at a hospital. They rotate who has to work them. My son was due the day after thanksgiving in 2011 & this one is due a few days after this year. Nothing to be worried about :)

I'm due near thanksgiving as well. There are plenty of great nurses and dr's who work holidays. I would not worry. My 1st born was born around that time as well.

I'm due the 23rd on thanksgiving but it hasn't even crossed my mind until now lol but I honestly think my baby will come about a week earlier so I'm not really that worried about it :)

At my hospital extra nurses volunteer to sign up to work thanksgiving because you get holiday pay and a lot don't even celebrate it. Due Nov 16 :)

I'm due on the 25th and am looking forward to the extra dinner the hospital might have for Thanksgiving!

I’m due exactly one week after thanksgiving but my dr wants to induce at 39 weeks if baby doesn’t show before then.

I’m due Thanksgiving Day, but am having the baby a few days before with a scheduled c section so I may still be in the hospital for Thanksgiving which kinda sucks ?

I'm due the 29th but they want to induce me a week early so day before or after thanksgiving. I think I will pick day after. Not sure though. My doctor will plan on being there if it's scheduled.

I'm due that Saturday , but not worried. My brother-in-law is a nurse and his schedule rotates, but also many nurses like working holidays because they get paid more.

Also due on Thanksgiving- the 23rd. Found out last week my doctor might have jury duty that week! ?? she assured me not to be worried, I’ll likely be early and she says she can get out of jury duty if she’s actually summoned... but still..

I work in a NICU. We are actually super staffed because we have to work a certain amount of holidays. If we cancel, there are always on call staff available!!

I’m due on the 27th but really wanted my csection scheduled for the 20th so I’ll be home for Thanksgiving but due to my doctor being out after him telling me he would do my csection at 39 weeks I’m now scheduled for the 25th.

30th a week after but if I'm induced which I'll be finding out at 37 weeks it'll be around thanksgiving ???
