Yes it grows back til you go into labor. Then it all comes out at once

ehhh that could be anything, even baby being on sciatic. But call your OB's after hour line and see what they say

you can lose pieces of it at any time during your pregnancy. i lost some very early off and on and didn't have any issues.

mucous plugs can rejuvenate some people lose theirs 2 or 3 times a pregnancy as long as your not having any other signs of labor you should be fine. if your really concerned call your obgyn

I wouldn't worry about it I lost mine at 36 weeks

it grows back as long as it wasn't bloody, and you aren contracting you're fine:)

If you're having any contractions I would say go to the hospital if not I would call your doctor when you can. Yes the mucus plug can regenerate but it's usually a sign of dilating. Was it bloody at all?
