we just found out I am pregnant, it's exciting but wary since we miscarried before. and now I'm freaking out because I'm cramping and have back pain, I'm so scared I'm going to lose this one too

the cramps and back pain is normal, as long as your not bleeding. take some tylonal and a warm bath.
