alright so tell me if this is fair or not
my husband is requesting that since custody is being decided in August ninth and school allow registration all year where we are, that his ex wife (who registered their child last year with out even telling him knowing she had to) hold off on registering him in school in her county until court decides.
please keep in mind that since 2014 they've had 50/50 split in half weeks.
she knows that the courts are leaning g in my husband's favor for court due to her living conditions and lack of communication
she out him I to school last year with out saying anything to him and lied to the school and told them there was NO custody agreement (there was) because of this we have been forced to drive 1hr in the mornings and 1hr in the afternoons to get him to school and back home on our days with him.

@carlitojrmami, we just asked the lawyer is of was right of is to do it since this all happened. but she was in tears in court yesterday after finding out what the gal was going to be saying about her house compared to ours... but sadly court was unable to happen and got rescheduled
@carlitojrmami, she's made alot of things complicated by lying to places. she did this to the dentist office also but told them she has sole custody. and was the only one allowed to take him and they took her words for it so we had to show documentation in order to even take him to the dentist
no. we had to go and prove that there was an agreement and they acted as tho they didn't care that she broke a legal agreement. they just told him to make sure I have him at school by 830 and I pick him up at 330
