If they found protein in my urine sample today and I do the 24 hour urine collection, there's a huge chance there'll be protein in the 24 hour collection? And what does it mean if protein is in my urine?
So I'm doing a 24 hour urine sample. They didn't say, but I think if there's still a high amount in my protein in the sample, they might still induce me 🤔
Got moved into a different room. They are doing a 24 hour urine collection because there was protein in my urine and they said when they tested it, it was high! So tomorrow night at 10 pm they will stop the urine collection and test it then they will decide weather their going to induce me or send me home!
So they got me collecting urine for 24 hours 🙄🙄
I had my 32 week check up today. My doctor seemed to be a little concerned because today for the first time during my whole pregnancy my blood pressure was high and found some protein in my urine. I have to do a 24 hour urine collect till Friday morning and then Friday afternoon go have a ultrasound done and get my blood drawn and blood pressure check again. Had this happened to anyone else? I'm scared that it's going to lead to my son coming early.

@torry315, yeah it was 170/90 or something today and it stayed high while in L&D but it elevated. I'm doing the 24 hour urine collection they said if there's protein in the 24 hour collection I'll possibly be induced this weekend or next week I just want to know the chance of it being in my 24 hour collection and how much... @mareesan

yea they did but they did the 24 hour and then looked at my blood pressure and everything was fine....drink lots of water and avoid salt and stress

No it didn't start being high until yesterday when I had an appointment. Then today I felt really dizzy and light headed well my head had a lot of pressure in it and I was shaking really bad. @maxie they said at the doctor tomorrow it was high but nothing concerning and then today they told me I was borderline preeclampsia

yea that's what happen to me just one random day I had high blood pressure and protein in my urine but like I said high BP is usually from high salt intake and stress try relaxing don't worry to much about it drink lots and lots of water and pray it goes down but no stress

@rockysmommy, I was borderline preeclampsia and made it to 39 weeks. just take it easy and try not to stress over it. everything will be ok :)

@maxie, yeah but today I didn't have anything salty expect two little pickle slices and I was laying in bed from feeling sick anyways and then bam my blood pressure was through the roof. @torry315 thanks y'all I'll try to stay stress free ☺️
