I'm surprised they didn't admit you. I was admitted right away and did the 24 hour one at the hospital. They brought in a cooler full of ice and I pour it into a jug. @courtney.welsh, I had Tinley at 37 weeks 5 days

Yeah my doctor said if my blood work came back abnormal, they would induce me but that came back fine. Everything is normal except my urine. But seriously thank you ❤️

Yes they will i had to do that with my 9yr old and mine was still high they induced me that same night well next early morning i guess i should say

@ninaberrygood15, no, they sent me home to collect my urine at home. I go back tomorrow for them to run it in the lab, so I might get admitted then. Who knows. Because they can't say for sure if it's preeclampsia without a 24 hour urine sample.

Are you staying in the hospital for this?

@britt16, plus, if my protein is high with three different urine samples, whats the difference between that and a 24 hour sample. 🙄

I had to do this when I went in the hospital because there was protein in my urine and after the 24 hour one it was even higher. You'll more than likely be induced
