How much weight do you lose after having baby, and does pumping help? I damn near gained 30 pounds 🙄🙄🙄 I really can't…

you have to consume 300-500 more calories a day than whatever the number is for you bmi or weight @mammaa

but also the more you pump and the more milk you produce the more nutrients you have to replenish so you'd just end up constantly being hungry and eating all the time. trust me I know my baby is 6 weeks old today and all she ever does is eat I had to cut down from pumping 6 times to pumping 3 times and some days I only pump once or twice because of how hungry you get.@mammaa

I was 205 the week before I was induced and 170 before I got preggers and within 2 weeks I was back to 170. I breastfeed so that prolly helped but the constant hunger has me up to 175. but I plan on trying to get into shape so hopefully it goes back down soon I want to loose at least 20-25 lbs and at least 3 inches off my waist that's just all jiggly fat from being preggers.

I'm struggling with the weight gain too. I've gained around 30 or maybe a little more as well and it's getting to me! I'm used to being around 120 but damn this pregnancy has really added weight :/ I'm also hoping breast feeding helps!

115 is my goal weight too😂😂😂 I was 110 now I'm 137, I'm gonna pump during ANY spare time hahaha

@mammaa, then I'm going to be exclusively pumping my boobs I was about 155 and now I'm around 183 😕watch I'll be down to 115 lol 😂😂😂😂 I'm not playing any games.

I've heard that breastpumping/feeding is the biggest help! burns A LOT of calories. my friend just had a baby, and lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks just from breastfeeding (:
