I wanted to share my 3 Week Waist Training results with you all! I know some are opposed to it and that's fine but I am really happy with the results. I think I look pretty good for being 2 months PP and nearly 60lbs. I have lost all of my weight and I am actually 3lbs lighter than I was pre-baby! My stomach is getting firmer and more defined, I just need to tackle that mommy pooch but I'm working on it 💪🏽

I'm sorry to ask but how much did you weight before losing weight I used to weigh 145 but I'm at 204 now I want to try this after I have the baby
