My biggest pet peeve is when mothers bash and put down other moms because they are raising their child differently.

AS LONG as the baby is happy, healthy, and isn't being neglected or treated badly, let that mother raise their child like they want to. Everyone does things differently. Giving someone suggestions or your input (if asked) is one thing, but sitting there saying she's a bad mom because she isn't doing what you'd do, is ridiculous.
