When I use to get like that I had to make myself throw up. It was annoying feeling ..I couldn't take it smh

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
That's how I felt and at 11 weeks I feel the same way 😩 it's annoying
