I'm a FTM and nervous about this too! Honestly what freaks me out is the catheter 😁 I know I won't feel it but just knowing I'll have to get one makes me squirm lol

I felt a little pressure but it was ultimately pain free once I got the epidural. I was talking and laughing in between pushing. The only bad part was running out of breath, and that's nothing!

You will feel pressure but it shouldn't hurt!

I had really bad contractions before the epidural kicked in. @karnamarie and IV was so bad for me too

Honestly by the time it was time for the epidural your contractions are gonna be so bad and epidural feels like nothing. For me the damn IV was the worst part!
