I need help with GAINING weight! Ive lost a good 10 pounds in the past couple weeks and I just dont feel like i look healthy anymore. My jeans don't fit right, i can see my hip bones, every vertebrae in my spine, my ribs and I feel like i look like skin and bones. The only thing i have done differently is cutting out all my soda intake. I want to be back to around 125-130 pounds. I just dont even like looking at myself and i feel like my fiancé is afraid to touch me because I'm so small now. Is there anything I can do to help put on healthy weight?
i know, but if i set at least this little goal it'll help with gaining more. I have only ever weighed more than 120 when i was pregnant and i have been 120 since, until now.
