So I notice there is a lot of pimple likes on my sons face why is that I know the white pimple likes are normal but what about the reds?

It's normal. I just make sure to wash Lucas's face once a day , no soap and air dry and they go away in a day or two

Just baby acne! It will go away with time, DONT pop them
