Having vaginal pains. I've had preterm labor stopped twice. I'm dilated to a soft 1 and 20% effaced as of 2 weeks ago. What could this be? I've never felt this before

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
