This morning around 10am i went to the restroom and in my undies there was a white snot looking thing and now im getting lower back back pain😦😦 im worried!! With my first son i never lost my muccus plug till in the hospital but i never saw it

I lost some of mine this weekend too, it grows back, but you may want to tell your doctor about the pains.
